SOHO Plans
SOHO plans are targeted towards small businesses needing a reliable connection for general purpose web browsing and Email. Features include:

Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plans are targeted towards small to medium sized businsses that perform online accounting, have a local area network, have remote desktop (VNC) users, or have other critical needs. Features include:

- 15 @yourcompany.com email accounts
- 50 MB of www.yourcompany.com webspace
- 100 MB of mail storage space
- Dedicated bandwidth
- Service Level Agreement that guarantees 99.99% uptime on your connection

Equipment and Installation
Vector's standard installation package includes a microwave radio transceiver that is installed on your building's roof or wall, up to 100 feet of cabling from the radio to your computer, network closet, or server room, and configuration of one computer or router. The standard installation fee is waived upon acceptance of a two year contract.
If your business leases space in one of Vector's On-Net buildings, you will be connected to the building's existing roof-mounted microwave transceiver using the existing building telephone wiring. An "extended ethernet" module will be installed in your office, which will connect to the rooftop transceiver. Installation includes setup of the ethernet module and configuration of one computer or router. The On-Net installation fee is waived upon acceptance of a two-year contract.
