VOICE OVER INTERNET PROTOCOL » Instead of using copper telephone wires to connect your telephones to the PSTN, VoIP uses an Internet connection to link your phones to the PSTN. This works by installing a piece of equipment at your business that links the standard telephone wires from your phone system to the Internet. No changes to your telephone system are needed.

FEATURES » Business Digital Voice from Vector lines include unlimited local and domestic long distance calling, voicemail, caller ID, cell phone forwarding, call waiting, call blocking, three-way calling, and more. Also, our online voice management portal allows you to make real-time changes to your account and view recent call history, making it easy to track telephone usage.

For customers who require the highest level of availability, a small percentage of voice lines can be kept with the local telephone carrier. By doing this, no single system failure can disrupt all telephone service to the location. In order to maintain telephone service during a power outage, an optional battery backup unit can be installed.
